This is a gathering for a community of CBTE practitioners, and all are welcome, whether you are exploring, developing, or enhancing your CBTE programs. We would like to know more about where you are at in your CBTE journey, so we can shape the event to meet your needs and answer your questions.

Accommodations

There are a limited number of rooms available at the Franciscan Renewal Center at a flat cost of $300 USD for the entire conference (3 nights). There is no extra charge if you wish to share your room with another participant. PLEASE NOTE: If you stay at the Renewal Center, you must pay the full flat rate of $300, even if you use the room for less than three nights. Alternatively, there are several other hotels and accommodation options near the Renewal Center and you are welcome to book your own accommodation.
Would you like to request accommodation at the Renewal Center? PLEASE NOTE: The rooms at the Renewal Center will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Once full, you will need to book your own accommodation nearby. We will advise you by return if a room is available.

Thanks to a generous grant from the ATS Organizational and Educational Models Project funded by Lilly Endowment Inc., which covers 75% of costs, the conference registration is only $150 USD.
