Dr. Christy Hill has a passion for spiritual formation. She studied Christian Education at Wheaton College (B.A.) and Talbot School of Theology (M.A. and Ph.D.). She has been teaching at Grace College and Theological Seminary since 2006 and was on the original faculty team, which developed the competencies that the Seminary would like their graduates to demonstrate. She teaches in this program, mentoring students through the curriculum. Competency-based theological education allows her to have a front row seat as learners adopt values that promote holistic spiritual formation and demonstrate skills that facilitate their effectiveness in ministry.
